Location is fantastic and a lovely seating area outside the rooms for working or hanging out.

The rooms could use a bit more furnishing, place to put bags etc. Found I had to put a lot of my stuff on the ground

When a staff member did appear when we returned to collect our bags he was very apologetic about the whole situation

We were told on check in that towels were coming later, but on return at 11pm found no towels or any other bathroom supplies in our room. Additionally, our bed was infested with ants (which we had not noticed earlier). Your q&a states staff are available 24/7 however after checking at reception and finding no one, my messages went unanswered so we left to find other accomodation for the night.
