The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Guests can choose between continental, or a full English breakfast for a surcharge. Please note that a limited number of public parking spaces are available on site but are subject to availability. They are available free of charge but a reservation in advance is not possible. More public parking is available on three sites, all within a few minutes walk of the property. Please note that check-in before 16:00 and after 22:00 is not possible. Managed by a private host

Grace!! She was so warm and welcoming with lots of recommendations and her place was clean and there was a fridge FULL of breakfast stuff.

"Stay is OK. It is cash only, breakfast was just refrigerated pre-boxed food."

The host was friendly but sometimes not easy to reach. The location is not far from the cruise terminal. When a taxi is not available, you can walk to the port (35 munites).

Note that this place does not accept credit card so you have to use PayPal or bank transfer to pay to the owner. Since either PayPal or bank transfer charge transaction fee, the cost is end up higher.

We spent a night at this lovley Guest House. The room was lovely and clean and bed was super comfy. Grace the lovley owner was so friendly and accommodation, she spoilt has with lovely goodies and breakfast. We went as a family and my boys loved it they even wanted to buy the house from Grace lol. The guesst house is close to allot of shops, restaurants and the beach is just a 10min walk.

Very friendly and accommodating. Easy to get to the port in the morning. In the evening we managed to walk to The White Cliffs of Dover which over looked the port which was fascinating!

Great room for a family, with a beautiful, spacious bathroom too. Breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay, so no problems at all.

"Great location, very friendly host and great to talk to."

The location is great. Unfortunately it was at the top of stairs which were difficult for us due to having heavy suitcases so the cases had to be left at the bottom of the stairs. Breakfast supplies were adequate, however a little cramped for room to eat.

Room closer to ground level. Internet was intermittent at times.
