The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Guests can choose between continental, or a full English breakfast for a surcharge. Please note that a limited number of public parking spaces are available on site but are subject to availability. They are available free of charge but a reservation in advance is not possible. More public parking is available on three sites, all within a few minutes walk of the property. Please note that check-in before 16:00 and after 22:00 is not possible. Managed by a private host

The owner was responsive and accommodating, allowing us to drop our luggage off early, before check-in time. The provided breakfast was ample food for 4 people!

We enjoyed the large room and bathroom tremendously. What an unusual place to stay. Breakfast was in the room and had all we needed in a spacious fridge. Especially handy for when having to meet an early ferry. Very friendly lady.

Tap water. For next time we will have water from the bottle to make tea. We are not used to the taste of chlorine water. But that was really the only thing and can be so easily remedied.

Fresh fruit for breakfast.

I received 8 e-mail messages regarding my stay, some of them duplicates. When there is so much correspondence it turns what should be a pleasue into something of a chore.

Grace the host very nice and accommodating, listen to dietary advice, place very clean abs comfortable

I liked everything pretty much, as for me just too close to main road and high street but this may be a big plus for most people

Our hostess puts great effort into ensuring the comfort of her guests. We were made to feel welcome in her lovely home, and she supplied a wonderful in-room continental breakfast. Convenient walking distance to everything.

There was absolutely nothing that detracted from our enjoyment during our stay. The charming hostess does a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
