"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and inexpensive."

The accommodation was the ground floor of a town house with a bedroom, a patio, and a dedicated bathroom across the hall. We didn't hear anyone else. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, and a Kuerig coffee maker in the room. There was a sheltered patio outside, with an ash tray for smokers. The price was half of what motels in Dover charge.

Nothing, really. The place was maybe a 10--minute detour from our route up Route 13, but certainly worth it.

"A great sleepover in Dover!"

Checkin was easy. I came late, but I was able to let myself in with a code. The hosts were always responsive if I needed something. The room is incredibly well stocked with practically a full kitchen and a nice patio to sit outside. The blue decor is amusing, kitschy, and distinctive. This would be perfect for a multi-day or week stay. I'm sorry I was there for only one night.

I told the hosts they need a reading light or lamp for the bed, and they said they would address this ASAP.

"Great value, cool room, good location for solo travel."

Cute decor, good location to travel to DE Turf for tournament. Street parking wasn’t difficult, pretty quiet. You basically have the downstairs to yourself, yes you need to walk to the bathroom, but it’s across from your room and both doors lock. Enjoyed my stay, especially for the price. 50 min drive to Rehoboth wasn’t terrible either and saved a lot of money. Overall quiet and enjoyable stay for great value.

Shower wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped and there wasn’t any silverware or disposable utensils available in the room, which was otherwise well stocked. But nothing really inconvenienced my stay overall.

"Cold and un welcome"

Remember this is in someone’s home. Once we arrived and enter the code the door unlocked but the chain latch was on. A lady came to the door and ask what did we need. She didn’t know we booked the the “room”. We waited outside for one minute. She came back and let us downstairs in her home. We went downstairs and checked out the room. We stayed in the room for about two hours the whole time they were playing loud music they stayed home the whole time me and my boyfriend left early due to the uncomfortably.
