Nice quiet area

Bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival 😡

It's a goog location if you are travelling through Delaware, being close to the worth visiting Air Mobility Command Museum and the road.

It's not as practical as a hotel when there's a proper reception waiting for you and a toilet IN the room. Check your booking messaging or call the place before arriving so you will have the door code ready with you and not freeze outside for a few minutes like me. It's more like an AirBnB bedroom in somebody's house so be aware of that. The blue lightning of the room was exagerated and is not confortable.

Immaculate, comfortable, convenient location. The hosts went above and beyond. Such a nice setup! Like a little studio apartment with every amenity you could want.

Price and location were decent. Quiet and convenient. Served our purpose.

The place was dated and somewhat cluttered. Ventilation was lacking. Bathroom is actually in the hall and not totally private. The room seemed like it needed a good dusting and airing out. Blue lights were annoying and headache inducing for my hubby. We were really dissapointed that you had to leave the privacy of your room to use the bathroom, wash hands or shower.

It was quiet and comfortable for a quick stay.

I arrived about 10 pm and someone else was in my room. I don't know if owner or booking.com was at fault. In about 10 minutes they removed the person and gave me the room, but then I had to wonder if it was clean or not. Seemed to be, but there wasn't time for them to change linens, etc.

The room was decorated very nicely and had a coffee maker with coffee pods, sweetners, etc. The furniture was in great condition and seemed comfortable.

The booking room description, "private entrance" was false advertising. The room is in the lower level of a split ranch townhome residence.. When you enter the residence, there is a privacy screen (like you would use in a dressing room) at the top of the stairs which leads to the living room of the home, the blue room is at the bottom of the split stairs. I do not consider this to be a private entrance. It's an entrance with only a perfect screen between you and the owner. There were no lights going down the stairs and it was pitch black. I had to turn my phone flashlight on to see. The door to the blue room is very thin and flimsy, which did not feel safe. The bathroom that is listed as private is outside of the blue room at the bottom of the entrance stairs which again is shared with the main living quarters. I could hear a gentleman talking on the phone clear as a bell as I entered the residence, at the bottom of the stairs, in the bathroom, and while I was sitting on the bed in the blue room with the door closed. I was traveling alone with my 17 year old daughter, I did not feel safe or comfortable. I felt like I was sitting in the bedroom of a strangers house, not like I was in a safe and secure luxury suite.. I had another days worth of driving to reach my destination the next day and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there. I had no choice but to leave and find a hotel to stay in, almost tripling the cost of my overnight stay.
