Monks are always excellent. Every year, we dedicate a number of nights to stay in this little idyllic hideaway. The views are beautiful, the staff excellent- big shout out to Susan & Alfie and the accomodation is of an excellent standard.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig. Das angeschlossene Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr heimelig und das Personal sehr zugewandt.

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und die Bettdecke dafür etwas schwer.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh and wait staff was very friendly. You could have a simple serving of fruit, yogurt or fresh scones, or opt for the large breakfast options off their menu.

Monk's Ballyvaughn was absolutely wonderful! The staff was outstanding (special thanks to Susan & Alfie for your hospitality)! The room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a great view. The restaurant was outstanding. Food was chef prepared and delicious. The included breakfast was bountiful. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Ballyvaughn.
