Abimana Ubud

We stayed here for 5 nights and were sad to leave. Such a wonderful family that is running this homestay. We were picked up from the airport and welcomed with open arms. They included us in 2 traditional rituals happening that week; they even let us borrow clothes so we could fit in, and showed us what to do. We also had a really fun cooking workshop with them and made 3 delicious dishes! The room was right next to the family. Very comfortable, very nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and well working hot shower. The room accommodation had 2 places to sit, with good working wifi. When we had some mosquitoes while working outside they arranged a coil for us. Breakfast was Balinese pancakes and fruit every day (you have more options). The family also has a restaurant with plenty of (vegetarian) options and there is also a nice cafe with lots of food options at walking distance. We felt welcome, at home and very comfortable. Definitely recommend and if we come back to Bali, we are definitely coming here. FYI: before you book, know that the dogs and chickens can be quite noisy in the morning. Gojek car drivers didn't want to pick us up (we hired a scooter through the homestay), and you shouldn't be scared of the geckos, they are there to eat the mosquitoes.

Todo nos encantó, el lugar es precioso, muy espacioso e impecable. Nos dio pena no poder usarlo mucho porque pasamos muchas horas afuera recorriendo. Se encargaron de lavarnos la ropa y nos recibieron con bebidas de bienvenida. Tienen un restaurante donde se come riquísimo. Justo cuando llegamos había una fiesta local, los dueños nos invitaron y nos vistieron para la ocasión. La zona es poco turística y nos dio una experiencia mucho mas auténtica.

Le personnel était très accueillant on a eu un très bon cocktail de bienvenue ! Un côté très nature, avec les pierres décoratives. La chambre était propre il y avait de quoi se protéger des moustiques.

L'emplacement n'était pas terrible.

un grand coup de coeur pour ce homestay familial. Un accueil chaleureux et simple, une super famille. Nous avions la chambre côté temple et famille tres sympa, 2 autres chambres plus récentes sont également très bien. Une cuisine excellente par la mamie servi dans joli petit jardin luxuriant. Situé dans un endroit calme a 1/2 heure d Ubud en scooter, loin de la tumulte occidentale d Ubud, le quartier est très agréable, entouré de rizieres . Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Seule la wifi a des petits soucis.

Amazing place such a lovely family in a beautiful Balinese house. They have a restaurant attached which was amazing and the breakfast was outstanding. I stayed a total of 16 nights and didn't want to leave. The room was amazing with a separate sitting area/kitchen and private bathroom which was perfect. I will be back so it's not goodbye only hello.

Please clean the room more often. Also, would be nice to have tea bags and cups in the room.
