Really great location within Galle Fort. Terrific central location. Really lovely family accommodation. Our room was on the first floor- very spacious bed, great air conditioning and fan. A net surrounded the bed - nothing was going to disturb my sleep! Very clean and comfortable room and wet room en-suite. I highly recommend eating here - breakfast was not included , but could be purchased here. Our hostess is an absolutely amazing chef. She also provides evening meals - traditional Sri Lanka cuisine, we both highly recommend her food. In addition we were very pleased and honoured to undertake Sri Lankan cooking class with the famous Mama Perena .. we went to the fish market, vegetable market & did some spice shopping before creating a delicious Sri Lankan meal. This was a highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. Many thanks to mama and our hostess for the wonderful opportunity.

Petite auberge familiale dans une impasse très calme et en plein centre. Bon dîner.

Chambre très mal isolée, très chaude malgré la clim. Des services très chers. Ils vous font tout surpayer..l eau ( ne l achetez pas chez eux), le lavage de linge , même le petit déjeuner est cher... A trop vouloir gagner, ils risquent de perdre....nous sommes très déçus.

Excellent value for money for the pricey Fort area and a super location. The rooms were in a quiet little alley off the lively Peddlar Street, right in the heart of the Fort. The extended family were most welcoming. The room was clean and spacious with minimal facilities. The bathroom was big and well lit.There was a small balcony overlooking the alley which we didn't use, and a table and chairs outside the room. The aircon and ceiling fan worked well and were necessary as the building got very hot. We ate at the in-house restaurant on our last night and had the best and cheapest meal of our 5 day stay in Galle.

The room and its facilities were quite basic but that is reflected in the price. The mosquito net around the bed was a bit of a dust catcher...the room would have looked fresher without it. The main room was quite dark. The bed was huge but quite firm.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville du fort et très au calme dans une petite impasse. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très propre, climatisée avec une bonne literie et une salle de bains spacieuse.

Great location in the Galle Fort area. Still quiet in the house/room. Family who run the accomodation are lovely and very helpful.

Le moins bon et le plus cher petit déjeuner de notre séjour de 3 semaines au Sri Lanka.

Très bon emplacement au centre de Galle Fort et très pratique pour visiter à pied. Chambre propre et eau chaude. Personnel arrangeant et agréable.
