"Great stay though, good location"

Great location, staff allowed us to leave our luggage prior to accessing the accommodation

Only could use the stairs due to renovations. Felt they were unsafe as the steps themselves were quite narrow and the climb rather steep with luggage

Great location with basic but adequate facilities. Reasonably priced and good communications. On street parking and good value for an overnight stay (£5).

It was a small room but to be fair as advertised.

"Basic accommodation, no communication. Could do better."

20 minute walk to old quarter of York. Sent several messages re help for checkin with no reply. Only got in with help from another guest that helped us get through the front door as we had no info re accessing building. once in, we had a contact number. room was small.
