More than happy. The price is very good and the location is great - but be FULLY AWARE before booking that it can be very noisy in the evenings as it’s situated among a few live music venues. The mosque is also loud here aswell. It’s incredibly unfair that people complain about the Rasta bar when it’s clear from the reviews that’s its close by. Rul makes Hi5 what it is and is a huge asset. He provides such a warm welcome, goes above and beyond to help you and ensure you have everything you need. I extended my stay here for another 4 nights because of him. I felt totally safe here as a solo woman traveller. It is a little dark outside on the track but there is security who stay during the night, all the staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel very safe. I was not worried about coming in and out after dark or late at night. My room was superb, it suited my requirements and was kept very clean by Rul.

The property could do with a little investment from the owners. There is a great communal kitchen space to use but hardly any utensils or plates. The pool needs some maintenance and a deep clean. An overall spruce up and some extra attention from the owners would benefit the hotel very much. It’s a great space but could be improved.

Está muy cerca de la zona de bares y se escucha mucho la música, no es ideal para poder descansar.

We were a group of 5 and we felt like we were in our own villa. Hardly saw the other guests (hotel has only 6 rooms and wasn’t fully booked). The staff was nice and helpful. The pool is nice and the rooms are big. Overall quite a nice setting.

It is just next to Rasta bar that has parties every night until late. Missing a fan in common areas. The hotel could be better maintained. My mother got cockroaches in her room in the ground floor.

Stayed 4 nights in total, 1 night in my name the next 3 nights under my friends booking - she booked 3 rooms. 3 of 4 night had to ask to fix water as none. To fix was over 1.5hrs to repair. The air con below average. The noise from bar nearby bar cant sleep. No little normal things like bathmat or hand towels. A very bad strong mould smell over powering.

The hotel is right next to a bar that plays loud music every night. We had to wait every morning for the water to be turned on.
