Todo del alojamiento es bonito, las habitaciones/baño amplias y modernas. Rul encantador!!!

No había jabon en la ducha. Hay un chiringuito al lado y se escuchaba la música bastante fuerte el sábado por la noche

L’établissement est très bien, la piscine est belle, les chambres sont très spacieuses et la localisation est vraiment parfaite! Masrul et Sunar qui sont là en journée et la nuit sont vraiment incroyable, toujours le sourire, toujours de bons conseils pour les activités et disponible sans arrêt des qu’on a besoin d’eux! Effectivement il peu y avoir du bruit avec les soirées à côté mais avec des boules quies ça le fait bien.

Only positive point of the hôtel: the staff! They are amazing!!!

- électricity and water problem - we spend one night without water or air conditionner - hôtel in front of a bar (lot of noises until 4 am) - No électricity and water for 1 night and the boss didnt want to do a half refund of the night pretending that the problem was in all kuta (while the first floor of the hôtel has électricity and the whole city has it too lol). NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP

The rest, + no water + no electricitie + noisy + air conditioner not working well + boss dont make arrangement when there is no electricies and no water the whole night saying is in all kuta whereas in fact the First floor of the hotel has electricities. The boss should learn about customer service

It was central to Kuta town, beach and mandalika circuit.

Property needs some serious facelift. The room was roomy, but the tap was falling off, tap replaced last day we were there. No hot water in our unit, and no water one day. Towels provided were old and torn. A kettle and cups provided in each bedroom would have made a difference for a morning coffee. Community area outside nice but very basic facilities. Settees and cushions old and worn need refurbishing. The pool area too could have been better maintained. All in all tired looking building and facilities. Also noisy with Rasta bar next door.
