HI5 Kuta

Hi5 was fantastic, I stayed here for 5 weeks and would highly recommend it to anyone. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Not only was the place fantastic, the staff were the best I have experienced travelling. Rul the day manager was absolutely fantastic, this bloke deserves a pay rise. He was attentive to all my needs, from helping me organise a bike, helping me organise transport to and from Bangsal and even laundry. Thanks Hi5 and Rul for an amazing stay I will be back.

Nice Room

Location too close to noisy bars. Too central

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Pool schön, Lage sehr zentral ( nah zu vielen Restaurants/Cafes), der Strand dort ist jedoch nicht schön. Nebenan eine laute Rasta Bar ( zumindest Dienstag Abend lange Party). Der Manager war sehr sehr nett.

Location was 10/10, accessibility to all cafes and restaurants was a highlight as everything was in walking distance. The room was comfortable and insane value for money. The main highlight was the staff, Ruel was what made our stay so special.

Great location, Rual was so lovely looking after us. Only 6 rooms. So nice and quiet. The pool was lovely and clean and refreshing. The gardens need a good revamp. All in all we enjoyed our week stay here.

The garden needs attention.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui purtroppo solo una notte. La camera è enorme, stupenda e ben arredata con luci e un armadio con un grosso specchio che rendeva il tutto ancora più accogliente. Lo staff era carinissimo. Il letto comodo e pulitissimo così come l’intera camera ed il bagno. Anche la piscina e gli spazi comuni erano stupendi. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro ma non sulla via principale perciò abbiamo dormito veramente bene.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto il bagno non era in linea con la camera… andrebbe un po’ sistemato così come il lavandino in camera che tendeva a staccarsi.

Very friendly staff, perfect location in Kuta - it does get a little loud a few of the nights as there is a Rasta bar nearby but it didn’t bother us. Rooms are spacious, clean and a nice bathroom. Pool is also very nice, they had it cleaned when we were there. Would definitely book again if in Kuta.

The room was huge, the bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly, the 2 guys working reception and the security guard. Its very close to many bars and restaurants and the beach too.

The aircon went off in the night. The security guard fixed it for me, but it went off again later in the night, which meant the room was quite hot. It right next to the reggae bar, which was loud on an evening.

The property was very well located, 2 min Walking both to the center and the beach. The property was very clean and the best part was the staff, specialy Rul. I travel a lot and I never received this treatment form the staff. He was súper súper friendly and making sure we had the best time possible in all the ways possible. He even let us use his own personal motorbike when ours broke, we truly had a very good time in Kuta and rul makes us feel at home.
