HI5 Kuta

The beds were good; room spacious. Location good except for the noisy cafe nextdoor. Personell very helpfull and friendly.

The airconditioning was broken and we mentioned that the first day; it would be fixed the next day. We stayed 4 nights and AC was not fixed at all. Also no compensation 🤷🏼‍♀️ The bathroomwall was dirty.

L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la rue centrale et de la plage. L’hôtel est petit ce qui est un plus. Rul qui a géré notre accueil et notre séjour, était adorable et d’une grande aide. Rul nous a aussi arrangé notre location de 5 scooters qui était top !

On sent que l’hôtel a pris un coup de vieux et que l’équipement mériterait d’être un peu mieux entretenu. Le premier jour, nous avons eu quelques soucis de moustiques (que Rul a résolu). Juste à prendre en compte, un bar/boite de nuit fait une grande fête le jeudi soir jusqu’à 3h du matin.

La propreté de la cuisine extérieur était vraiment douteuse. Des croûtes de rongeurs dans les placards, des torchons jamais nettoyés et pas changé lorsqu’on les a signalé.

Ligt naast een nachtclub en de airco deed het super slecht! Personeel was wel vriendelijk en wilde ook graag helpen.

El día que llegamos había mosquitos en nuestra habitación, pero nos ayudaron a solucionar el problema rápidamente los empleados del hotel

The pool was beautiful and clean with pool beds to lie on… rooms are very big with big bathrooms aircon was cool … the staff Rual is the most wonderful accomodating young guy and was so friendly and helpful he made our stay perfect…the security was very friendly and drew our pics on the white board.. would come back again and stay…

Music next door was a bit loud but we could sleep through it..

Very friendly warm and welcoming staff. Went out of their way to help, location is great. Good for a central short stay.

The place is very dated, pictures must have been from a long time ago. Delux room needed a lot of work, bathroom was not very nice and the shared kitchen was pretty dirty. Not cheap for what you got. The club on the corner, Rasta, closed at 3am so if you don't stay out until that time you need a good pair of earplugs.

Everything is good !! Rul is the Best, a very good friend. Thanks you si much. We love him and the other personal ! Enjoy the moment

Loved the room. It was spacious and very comfortable. Nice aircon and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Location was short walking distance to the town centre and beach. I would stay here again.

The wifi in my room was weak.
