Freundliches Personal und gute Lage. Laundry und Scooter Verleih wird direkt über die Unterkunft vermittelt und hat super geklappt.

Das Zimmer war an sich sehr solide. Die Tür zum Bad war leider etwas kaputt, man konnte sie dennoch benutzen. Die Handtücher waren leider kaputt oder etwas verdreckt. Das Bad war nicht sonderlich schön und auch schon sehr heruntergekommen. Der Wasserhahn tropfte kontinuierlich und war kaputt.

Sehr nah zum Strand, zuvorkommender Rezeptionist vor Ort - hilft wo er kann

Dreckige Handtücher; Lokale in der Nähe mit sehr lauter Musik bis in die Nacht; Chaos bei vom Hotel organisierten Airport Pick-up Insgesamt sind in und um Kuta herum die Strände sehr vermüllt. Überall wird man, vor allem von Kindern, angesprochen, angefasst und belagert, die Armbänder verkaufen wollen. Hoffentlich wird sich das in Kuta und Lombok zum Besseren wenden - hat leider Aufenthaltsqualiät verringert

Lovely spacious room and friendly staff

The Air conditioning didn’t work in two of the rooms and when reported the first day the manager said they did, but very little air came out and the room never got cool. The second day the air-conditioning stopped working altogether and we were told they couldn’t do anything about it. After requesting a fan, we were told the only fan available was in our other room that the air-conditioning had not worked in since the day before. The bedding was damp. The Lounger in the room was wet when we arrived and did not dry out. The room smelled of urine. The outside did not look like the photos, we assume these were taken when the building was first built and have not been updated. The building was close to a bar that played very loud music until very late. It was advertised as on the beech but it isn’t, even though, it is only a small walk.
