"Great little b&b guest house with friendly helpful staff."

Breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is perfect for both the North and South bays. We stayed while attending an outside concert in the North Bay and the location could not have been better. Quite a comfy bed as well. Parking was breeze and place was easy to find.

The shower was very small and cramped and the bathroom could do with a bit of love. We were on the 2nd floor, and the stairs were a problem for me and the bank up from peasholm park is a killer so not good with limited mobility in mind.

The view from our window sea view,the breakfast was hot an good value.the bed was so comfy.the room was very clean an all bedding an towels.sharon was really pleasant who served us breakfast with a smile,the owner lynn welcomed us on arrival an made our stay very pleasant an was always there to have a chat

The room got hot in the morning due to the sun could do with better fan or aircon for the hot weather. Thought the room wld be bigger.

"Excellent stay in comfortable surroundings."

Excellent location for town centre, beaches, Open Air Theatre & the cricket ground. Lovely breakfast with very good choice.

Lounge bar not in use but can take your own drinks in and glasses are provided.

"Over all it was very clean, very freindly and breakfast was lovely."

Very clean, maybe needs updating here and there, but its all just wear an tare, 🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone was very chatty and nice. Apart from a man in the office on Sunday, who never spoke a word.
