Value for money, very comfy & spacious bed (room 9), good location for the North Bay. Lovely homemade muffins served. We arrived Friday evening but were able to secure convenient street parking which is free with the visitor permit supplied by the owners.

The rooms that face away from the sea will be affected by the street noise, as we were and as all similarly located properties will too. Overall the property is quite dated but, we expected that from the photos but in peak season and at short notice it fitted the bill.

Great location for the open air theatre. Town centre was only a short walk. Great sea view. Host very friendly and helpful. Free parking.

Sink was a little small

Location was great. Whole property needs updating.

Property needs updating, particularly carpets, curtains (both of which were stained in our room) and overall decors. It was like stepping back into the 70’s.

The stairs were a challenge but we were aware before booking
