"Good choice in good location"

Courteous and accommodating hosts, ample breakfast, spacious room, good wifi and TV, drinking water provided, nice view from window.

Window shades do a poor job in blocking out the morning sunrise. Eye shades are a must if one stays here. Shower drain is clogged and very slow to drain. There is no bedside reading light. This hotel would benefit from a roof deck.

"Perfect"

Beautiful view from the room 4 window...perfect for sunrise and any other times...3 minute walk and you are in the centre...very modern..TV screen has Netflix loaded for login...You Tube etc...I used whatsapp number to communicate with Jaimol...to book fortress tour and airport transfer...all went well...and he replied to any queries on my Khiva trip ...and relayed these to the family....very speedily...ended up staying 5 nights...

"Comfortable, friendly, spotlessly clean, quiet."

Really nice comfortable place right in the heart of old Khiva but very quiet. We would stay there again. One suggestion - maybe a table in the courtyard to sit early evening?

The only slight niggle was it would have been nice to have the bathroom cleaned, or at least the bathroom bin emptied, since you can't flush any paper down the toilet in Khiva (or large parts of Uzbekistan)...

Everything! Amazing location right at the heart of Khiva old town but just off the main markets so you have your peaceful moments. Rooms are amazing with a view to the minaret. The staff are the friendliest people ever and super helpful with a delicious breakfast :)

"Excellent stay, lovely hosts, good breakfasts"

This is an ideally situated and good value for money guest house in the walls of khiva. The hosts were so lovely and made a delicious breakfast every morning. The rates were reasonable, it was quiet enough around that area whilst also being very close to everything. The bed was a little too stiff for me, but everything else worked well. I would definitely stay here again!
