-nice and friendly host and staff -good location -tidy room

I felt spoilt in room number 3 which was not only spacious but had a fantastic view of a mausoleum. Lovingly prepared breakfasts were served in the hosts quarters. It gave a glimpse of an Uzbek home. The hosts are extremely kind people who make the most of their limited English.

The bathroom could do with a scrubbing. Some of the tartar could come off.

Rooms are spacious, sufficiently appointed, property is just steps away from the main sights yet is away from the thoroughfare

Staying in a large bedroom for four nights the owner allowed me take the breakfast in their own their dinning hall in the very centre of their home excellent breakfast all authentic Uzbek home made served with affection It is located inside the wall itchan gala my entire stay is memorable with full amenities the woman lake care of me like family member I truly fell a home away my home Thank you OPA XION My Behan ji

Very good location in the old town. room size was big. breakfast is basic but good (had much better in UZ in all other places). they kept my luggage and i could take it later in the evening. one of the persons helped me get the uber who had difficulty getting to the property.

the room i had was i think in the annex so none of what you see in the pictures. the room/bathroom is basic but okay for a day or so. the lady gave me a piece of paper with how much money i need to pay and which i said i will get. when i got back the older man was bit rude and gestured demanding money. apparently the calculation was bit off but it is not my fault. the lady and other gentleman calmed him down and everything was ok but just an unpleasant experience unnecessarily (luckily i had kept the piece of handwritten paper to show) .

The place was disgusting dirty , it is a slams not a hotel. The bedding and towels full of yellow stains, not ironed and did not look washed. The smell from the toilet very bad. We paid full amount but we did not stay there, we moved to another hotel. I wonder how this place managed to have a high rates? I think booking should check this place.
