The B&B jas a really good location. Room was as on pictures on Booking.

Compare to other properties in Khiva center this is really not value for money. The host himself is nice, but there are also other family members in the house, who never greet you, hide their kids in front of you …. This is really not pleasent environment. Breakfast was worse than poor.

"This was a wonderful stay."

This was an excellent stay. The host is outstanding. Super gracious and kind. The location couldn't be better. It's right in the center of the inner walled city and walking distance to everything. There was hot water in the showers and fans provided for extra cooling. Breakfast is wonderfully placed on the patio and the amount of food is very good.

Perfect location within the historic city walls. The host Abdulla is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very authentic and comfortable.

"Great homestay in the heart of khiva!"

Owners were very welcoming. Homemade breakfast in the morning. Since not all rooms were occupied, we were given a bigger room.
