"Good"

Excellent quiet location. Friendly owners. Room was comfortable, even if it didn't look like photos - large bed and nice cool temperature.

Window looks straight into a brick wall so very little natural light. Bathroom wasn't en-suite (as I'd expected). Breakfasts were hit and miss. First day was excellent and even included plov! But next couple of days less good, and seemed it was the family's evening meal reheated. Breakfast time was 9-10am which is very late. I asked for an early breakfast one day as needed to leave by 9am, which might explain the reduced quality. The place was a bit of a building site when I stayed (April 2024), clearly doing big renovations. A shame - when it's finished I think it'll be a lot better.

Well located. Breakfast ok.

Did not like to be asked to pay an extra usd 3 pery family member while Booking did not mention any local tax.

"Very good"

The landlord is really kind. Despite the language barrier he did his very best to meet my expectations. Breakfast was really good and very filling. Basically I skipped lunch :-)

The family is very nice and kind. They are a happy couple who are always there to accommodate their guests. Abdullah even exchanged the currency I needed. He is a very honest and faithful Muslim fellow.

"Overall great experience, great people, nice place."

Hosts are very good people, very polite, hospitable. They even allowed us to stay a day longer. The place is very clean, comfortable and traditional, historic.

only minus is you can hear outhers from wall, it is small wall i gues.

The whole family are wonderful hosts and their home is beautiful. You have a fantastic view from the breakfast table, that is filled with homecooked, delicious food every morning. The room was huge with AC and the shared bathroom was very clean. All the sights are in a two minute walking distance, and still the guesthouse is in a very quiet neighbourhood, no noisy restaurants, shops or anything. We would always come back and can highly recommend staying here, instead of going to a big hotel.
