"Exceptional"

The most friendly, hospitable people we have ever met. They made an amazing breakfast with homemade melon jam. You can't get any closer to all the sights, but it is still quiet.

"Perfect place to stay and very helpful"

I loved to stay in this Homestay with a very friendly family, specially the girl, one night I felt lazy to go out for diner and they brought me a delicious meal for free. the room was very big a confortable. I recommend it, much better than a hotel, very nice garden and great location. thanks soo much to everyone!

Very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent location in the heart of Ichan Kala in Khiva, simple but charming and local design of the guesthouse. The rooms were clean. it’s a family business and you can feel their great hospitality. They helped us organize a very nice driver to take us to Bukhara. Very well recommended!

Abdullah is the very nice guy!! Best host! Concentrated to keep everything as clean as possible. Th house is from 1845. Vey quite.

Interior within the room just makes my eyes bleeding) Wifi is too weak, needed to be updated. It was expensive compared to other places.
