Very sweet family, the daughter speaks good English. Great location with a view from the rooftop. Very clean and nice breakfast.

Maybe the lightning in the rooms could be improved, as well as the plumbing? But nothing worth lowering the rating

"Perfect stay in Khiva !"

This guest house is very well located, in the center of the old town. You can get to all the places by feet. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend!

Location very close to everything breakfast outstanding the family very helpful even got invited to have a meal with them the food was excellent room very comfortable hot water A/C also arranged transport from airport and to Bukhara good prices good WiFi 👍 no complaints 😀 free tea anytime 😀

This hostel is like Khiva, truely beautiful and full of generosity ! The hosts took great care of us, they adapted a lot and were so kind ! The room and house was pefectly furnished. We enjoyed really good breakfasts with a direct view on the great minaret. I recommand fully !

"Lovely and helpful hosts"

Cute little and calm guesthouse run by a really welcoming and helpful couple. Breakfast on the shady terrace was cosy and super yummy.

On the photos was a courtyard to see which was now unfortunately only a terrace anymore because the walls around were demolished by the neighbours and under construction. Would be maybe good to make that clear in the photos.
