Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e facilità di parcheggio. Primo piano senza ascensore. Proprietaria palesemente in difficoltà seppur ha risposto alle richieste.

Livello di pulizia veramente scadente (puzza di fumo persistente e briciole degli ospiti precedenti). Bagno piccolo senza finestre con doccia incrostata e sporca. Letti non comodi e armadio senza grucce e con davanti il letto. Tapparella non funzionante
