ロケーションが良かったし、部屋の広さも広くて快適でした。

トイレ横の部屋はトイレ使用時の音がめちゃくちゃ響くのがとても気になったのと、入り口側のベッドの上にある窓から朝の明かりが入り早朝に目覚めてしまうので、ロールスクリーンかカーテンを遮光になると良いと思う

Love the Japanese vibe and its neighbourhood, near to convenience stores and local restaurant . also near to local tourist spot . Bedrooms are big and comfortable .Bathroom is huge .Warm reception with coffee and tea provided . Provided toiletries and laundry detergents .

The living area and dining area looks old and dull, I saw the other floors in the website that are more updated and clean with the Japanese style .

great location, great staff, great layout of the apartment. As a frequent traveler, Raku is, without a doubt, the best accommodation i’ve ever had. The rooms are bigger than shown in the photos, host is super polite and it’s spotless clean. Market, bakery, convenient stores are within distance ( easy walk even for my seven year old) Easy commute to major scenic place i.g kinkogu ji, kiomizu dera, samurai museum etc. Highly recommended!

excellent place to stay with family, very comfortable and well located.

So spacious! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 3 adults and two small children. The hosts were very responsive to messages and made everything easy for us. Lovely location, wish we stayed longer!

Its not a hotel.

Well appointed room, fairly spacious, four proper beds. Travelling with one adult child and two older teenagers. Close to lots of destinations. Good comms with the hotel, had to contact them for an extra night, and they helped with forwarding luggage, always replied quickly. Quiet, didn't hear other guests

Loved the quiet location, good for access to the sights we wanted to see. Room was good for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and the property was great with communication.

Not a lot of breakfast option around as most cafes etc didn’t open until later. Hand held shower wasn’t quite over the bath and made the bathroom wetter as a result . Kitchen small if you wanted to cook in.
