Cosy nice place in a good location at a reasonable price

Spacious bed in bedrooms and cleanliness.

Strange smell from the sink. Need to exchange batteries of TV remote control and toilet seat.

Large space and a good location with friendly staff.

There was a lot of mold by the a/c unit.

It was traditional Japanese style decoration which was nice to have a chance to stay in. There were a few places to buy food such as restaurants and convenience stores.

Claimed to have wifi yet all 3 parties were having continuous problems connecting which caused issues to plan our day. When messaging the host, they suggested to disconnect and reconnect which did nothing. We ensured our stay had wifi as it was something we needed yet this wifi at the stay was basically non existent. Security was an issue, we were on the ground floor and don’t think the front door was ever locked, no one on duty whenever we left and our room lock was inadequate. No soundproofing as we heard everyone in the lobby. Air con was above one of the beds and whenever turned on it would spit water droplets which would land whoever was laying on the bed which wasn’t ideal. With all these negatives if we had known about the wifi we wouldn’t have booked the property.

The tea and coffee that were included were nice. The room itself was nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is fairly close to transit.

FYI the laundry machine is wash only. No dryer.

Gorgeous traditional Japanese apartment. It is spacious, very clean and well equipped if you wish to cook and eat in. Comfortable beds, great location close to a train station, the big park around the Imperial Palace and the castle. Nice coffee shops and a good bakery very close by. Nao is a very helpful host, who met us at check-in and was always available if we had questions. Highly recommend this apartment.
