Guesthouse Raku

I could go on and on! I felt like home, in a Japanese home! Plus, it was within walking distance to the metro and was in the middle of the city. It made it easy going around Kyoto. I would love to stay there again one day.

Nothing. We were welcomed so well and our AC was turned on before we got there! We appreciated the hospitality of our host.

The property was big with big bedrooms. We had enough space to open our luggage’s. There was also a nice living room space that allowed us to hang out.

There was no Aircon in one of the rooms and no windows. It was supposed to be connected to the living room but barely worked. It was also quite a walk from the train station. When we first arrived, there was a smell that we needed to get rid of.

The hotel is located to the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and is very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and feature a classic Japanese-style bathroom. With four beds, it is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The hotel's front desk staff are very friendly and can store luggage for guests. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Road side room is little noise in morning，maybe motorbike's make too much sounds.

Wonderful huge apartment in a great location. Very nice manager. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice washing machine and drying racks for doing wash.

The second sleeping area didn’t have any windows and there was no air circulation even though there was a vent. The rooms were all large and could easily sleep 8 people.

Spacious, nice apartment. Well equipped. Marutamachi station is near. Quiet street. We had the apartment on the ground floor. Street noise was OK, I slept well. We had the possibility to store our luggages. Staff was nice and helpful.

Beautiful apartment that takes the whole floor which is super nice. The decoration is amazing. It's so spacious. The tea salon was beautiful and the location was just perfect. A GEM!!!!!

One room is not as beautiful as the first one and by the street, which can be noisy compared to the first one.

Very spacious apartment, close to everything. Friendly staff and good value for money.
