Was very spacious for our family of 5. Had everything we needed. Short walk to a Metro station and bus stop - so easy to get around. Nice and clean. Staff were lovely and they were happy to store our luggage on checkout day as we had things booked in before our train out of Kyoto. Would definitely book this again if I travel back to Kyoto.

The front door was a slide door with a pretty flimsy lock, so just in case we took our passports with us as the main entrance to the building was always unlocked.

Very clean and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is really spacious compared to other places I’ve stayed in Kyoto, will definitely stay again!
