Everything about the place! The silence, how clean everything was!

A bit of light could go through the window and sometimes it woke us up.

I like the bathroom space and also the bedroom was very nice and clean

The sun roof still let some sun in the morning

The house itself is amazing, good arrangement, spacious and well equipped kitchen and living room with a little patio. Fully equipped bathroom with a well-built and big enough tub. Silent, not touristy, and Kuro chan, the doggy is adorable. Also the colors were very nice. You feel home from the 1st moment.

The beds were very soft and as a couple we had to move them close to each other (they were 2 separate beds otherwise). Upon moving them it became clear that noone cleans behind or under the beds, so I did. The windows couldn't be open (up in the ceiling, out of reach) so the only way to air the room was to leave the door open. It was not a problem since we got the house almost only for ourselves, still not an ideal solution.

The place generally is pleasant to stay.

Only set back is the place is closed from 10am to 1pm. The reason is likely for cleaning.

There was a super market along the way, i was able to pick up items for breakfast.

It was hard to find and a longer walk from the station then I expected. My GPS helped but not that well.

It was quite and I could lwave luggages earlier

Bathroom is only one and it ia shared one but it's okay still

I have mixed feelings. The place was not clean nor dirty. The toilet, bed, the room itself were clean but if you would look closer for example to the fridge or to the toilet brush (that one was extremely disgusting) they would require more care. The main hall smelled after dogs. Overall it's still nice place to stay just proper cleansing would make it nicer.

I stayed one night after visiting Fushimi Inari. And visited Uji the next day. Good location for visiting the southern area of Kyoto. Clean room (bigger than imagined) with standard public amenities. Nice staff and cute dog Kuro. 10-15 minutes walk from train station, quiet neighborhood. お世話になりました😊
