Guesthouse Bell Fushimi

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Kyoto near an accessible train station. The common area was very nice and comfortable.

There is only one shower room to share with all guests. I never needed to use the shower at the same time as someone else but could pose potential problems for guests (also guests may feel uncomfortable sharing a shower room with members of opposite gender)

I liked the Japanese style of the room, hospitable owner, free coffee and tea, comfortable futon and shower room. Smoking area.

Kitchen was always cold, the ceiling in my room was very low, but overall everything was great

Extremely nice place and staff. The apartment is really clean and in great condition. Not far from the center (but not on a walking distance) and the neighborhood is quite.

They close at 12, so it's not possible to walk around in the night (if you like doing so). The room is pretty and spacious, but there is not much privacy since there is 24h staff.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The kitchen is stocked with many appliances and cooking utensils if you intend to cook.

Going to it from the nearest station was a little further than expected but not too bad.
