Please note that the property can rent beach towels and sun umbrellas for 4,5 EUR each for the entire stay. Please note that towel change is made every 3 nights. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 should be informed in advance and has an additional cost of 40 EUR. We would like to inform you that we have a toaster and an induction hob (with a saucepan and a frying pan) available for rent for €9.50 each, with payment valid for the entire stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Da tv que não funcionava como deve ser, e de não ter 2 portas no duche, molhava o resto da casa de banho.

"Comfortable, clean stay with pool in great location"

We had a lovely stay at Casas Novas! We were welcomed by João on arrival and he was very helpful. The location is great, we could easily walk to many beaches and into the centre of Lagos. Taxis were only €3/4 each way as an alternative. The room and pool were very clean, bedding was comfortable, WiFi and Aircon worked well, shower was powerful.

"Pobyt będę wspominać bardzo dobrze, napewno jeszcze wrócę w to miejsce."

Pokój czysty z ładnym widokiem i balkonem. Budynek bardzo ładny z dostępem do basenu. Właściciel przesympatyczny, chętny do pomocy i służący cennymi radami co do zwiedzania okolicy. 4 minuty spacerem do najbliższego supermarketu około 15 minut do miasta. Całkiem blisko też na przepiękne klify.

Ich habe mich rund um wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sofort sehr willkommen gegühlt. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig nach einem kurzem Spaziergang erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei ausreichend vorhanden. Es war einfach ein super Aufenthalt.

Sehr netter, zuverlässiger Vermieter. Hat sich um alles perfekt gekümmert. Schöner sauberer Pool (leider selber nicht benutzt) und auch das ganze Haus in gut gepflegtem Zustand. Gerne wieder.
