Please note that the property can rent beach towels and sun umbrellas for 4,5 EUR each for the entire stay. Please note that towel change is made every 3 nights. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 should be informed in advance and has an additional cost of 40 EUR. We would like to inform you that we have a toaster and an induction hob (with a saucepan and a frying pan) available for rent for €9.50 each, with payment valid for the entire stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, kümmern sich ob alles passt und geben Tipps 😊 Wir waren schon mal in dieser Unterkunft und fühlen uns sehr wohl!! Man muss halt ein bisschen laufen in die Innenstadt..., so ca 15 bis 20 Minuten !! Für uns war's kein Problem 👍 Wir kommen wieder 😉

Really good position to walk into town. Very comfy bed and very friendly host. Several little cafes nearby for breakfast.

When people arrived very late they forgot to be quiet.

Zonder onze toestemming had eigenaar een andere tafel in ons appartement geplaatst goed bedoeld uiteraard, maar we hadden het fijn gevonden als hij dat even overlegd had. De keuken was qua faciliteiten wat behelpen. Op de lamp in badkamer zat sensor, die ging na 20 seconden weer uit. Was niet handig met douchen.

Localisation à 10 min à pieds du centre dans un quartier très calme où il est facile de se garer . Chambre spacieuse , confortable et calme durant nos deux nuits . Cafétéria et supermarché à moins de 5 min . Un grand merci a Joâo pour sa bonne humeur et son accueil

La nostra esperienza presso Casas Novas è stata fantastica! L'host è un intrattenitore nato :) Sia lui che sua figlia Ana si sono dimostrati disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta e ci hanno saputo dare importanti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e posti in cui mangiare. La piscina (riservata e pulita) è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo avere visitato Lagos e i suoi dintorni. Super consigliato!

Thanks to Joao for a great stay! The room was spacious, clean and had a well sized terrace. We had everything that we needed in the place and were treated with warm hospitality. It was great to have parasols for rent. Lots of parking nearby and great wifi. The house is in a quiet residential area with a big supermarket nearby and walkable distance to the beach and into the town center (20-30 min walking).
