The location is very nice. Just 2 minutes walk from Como Lago station. And there is a supermarket at the same building. You can easily walk to everywhere. The room is pretty nice, it is not big but comfortable.

We booked two rooms and one of the rooms has pretty strong smell. But I think it because of the previous guest.

The location was great and very close to the ferry port., and our room was comfortable. It was nice to have an elevator.

Cleanliness was insufficient. There were dead flies and insects on the wall, and the sofa didn’t look clean.

Muy amables y listos para ayudarnos . Nos ayudaron resolviendo un imprevisto inmediatamente . Está a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de Cómo Lago. A pocos minutos del lago . Muy cerca de todo . El lugar espacioso y cómodo

Al quedarnos un fin de semana , nos entraban ruidos proveniente de la calle (conversaciones , música , etc ).
