Amazing view! Easy to get to anything within 5-10 minute walk. Train station right next to property is conveniently located if you desire to navigate to farther away parts of the city (we used it to easily get to the Silk Museum on a rainy day). The free upgrade to a lake view room was MUCH appreciated!

Window curtains were a bit sheer and pillows were fairly flat. Overall, small problems to have, as the benefits of the location FAR outweigh this small inconveniences.

"I’d look for something else next time!"

Room was nice and location was good.

Nobody opened up the door for us; we luckily had someone leave the building to let us in — totally unacceptable! Also, the balcony was filthy and the toothbrush cup was moldy!
