I request for a charger person was soo rude he refused and said you can buy from shop and it was mid night early morning 9 o clock they start calling and said checkout as checkout time was 12pm

The room we had was very big and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

We were not put in the room from the photo and there was no washing machine or tumble dryer available to use - even though it states there was. One of the live-in tenants was quite abrupt & continuously told me not to touch their things … made the stay a little uncomfortable at times.

Nothing about this place was good. The best part was leaving .

Firstly, the key wasn't in the lock box as described, when I phoned the owner he told me to use a different lock box and we would stay in a different room. When we entered the room, there was a foul smell of stale cigarettes. The bedding was not in a good state, there was one towel with stains on for us to use, the fire alarm was covered by a plastic bag. We locked the door to the room, and heard lots of loud shouting, screaming and a woman banging on the walls and doors to other rooms. She was shouting very loudly and aggressively "hello" and other inaudible things. Neither me or my partner felt safe here, so as soon as the shouting stopped, we grabbed our things and left to find somewhere else to stay. We understand that you pay for what you get, but if you are paying for a room, the bare minimum is that you feel safe.
