Timely instructions and proper correspondence.

Place wasn't very well taken off. Needs cleaning. Needs a fan in summer season.

"Do not stay in serviced apartments Luton"

1.0

The accommodation is not easy to get into it was quite stressful trying to find the keys I had to call around 2 different people for different instructions. The room was not clean and not decorated nicely. The bed was unclean very hard and uncomfortable. There was no toilet roll or towels or cleaning products and the shower was raised up high and not easy to get into... I ended up falling pretty bad and hurting myself... not recommended at all... looks nothing like the pictures.

Access, room size bed shower and facilities.

"Don’t make my mistake, don’t book here."

1.0

I cannot believe Booking allows this place to advertise here. And don’t know how people can charge for such conditions. I booked it thinking “it’s just for a night before the flight, don’t need anything fancy”, but if you think the same- don’t make my mistake. The room stink of cigarettes, smoking detector was covered so previous guests must have been smoking there. No toilet seat, shower disgusting, no soap to wash your hands, rusty mirror cabinet. Bed should go to the tip - so used and dirty. Booking was made for two guests but only one towel provided (stained). Looks like the owner rents out three rooms in the building but there’s only one key for the main door so he relies on other tenants to leave the key for you or open the door for you. This caused a delay with our check in. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with our stay and would definitely not book again.

"An Unforgettable Stay.... For All the Wrong Reasons"

1.0

N/A

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to sleep inside a post-apocalyptic petri dish, Stockwood Crescent is your dream come true. We stayed in two rooms (lucky us!) and were treated to a charming mix of rodents, pastry remnants, and blood-stained bedding. One room came with glass shards and tissues fossilised from the last century, while the other had a smoke detector stuffed with toilet paper — which is helpful, because there wasn’t any near the actual toilet. Speaking of the toilet: the seat? Gone. The bulb? Also gone. The mould? Thriving. You’ll need your phone light to admire the biological marvels growing in the shower. The overall scent? A delicate blend of stale cigarettes and despair. Bonus feature: the fire exit is on the ceiling (yes, really), so bring climbing gear — or wings. And don’t worry about peace and quiet, as the self-appointed house guardian ensures nobody dares breathe too loudly. Tried contacting the hosts? Let's just say communication is not one of the amenities. Avoid at all costs. Or visit, if you’re into horror-themed escape rooms. Either way, bring disinfectant. And a priest.
