Staff guys try to be pleasant.

Overall, my stay was not pleasant, and the main reason is something you should already expect in Luxor, people often try to take advantage of tourists whenever they can. Unfortunately, this was no exception. Because of a mistake on my part, I arrived thinking the stay had already been paid by credit card, but it hadn’t, I had to pay on the spot. In Egypt, payments are usually expected in dollars or euros, but I asked to pay in the local currency, Egyptian pounds. At that point, the owner used a highly unfavorable exchange rate, around 20–30% above the normal rate. Since I didn’t have foreign currency, I had no choice but to accept it. As for the accommodation itself, it’s very basic and not particularly comfortable. The bed, mattress, and pillows weren’t good, and there’s no minibar in the room. One important tip: don’t book a guide through the accommodation. I asked them for help finding one, and while the guide was knowledgeable, his attitude was quite unpleasant, impatient and always rushing. In the end, I even decided to leave one day early. My experience there, unfortunately, reflects a bit of what Luxor can be like. While the place has an incredible history, part of the local approach to tourists can make the experience quite frustrating, as there’s often an attempt to take advantage of visitors.

Super accueil par Ibrahim et Youcef. Nous avons été très bien conseillés et ils nous ont aidé pour des reservations et l’organisation de notre séjour à Louxor. Très bon déjeuner au bord de la piscine. J’espère revenir une prochaine fois en famille.

it’s mainly his cousin when i need something they are there. for me it’s cheap and location is good. as i told you the cousins who work there were helpful.

the owner son. has a low class of interest addressing guest. can you imagine going down to check the pool in the next day and this guy shouted that breakfast is finish in front of the guest ( near the stairs and people who’s eating beside the pool ) like why don’t need to embarrass me? you don’t need to prepare me breakfast if you are lazy because i did not ask for it. all those people looking at me like wtf? so i just went back to my room and instead of extending my stay for another 2 days id rather go back to steinbeerger. i didnt sign up to be humiliated. i will not recommend. ( even in my check in - I message them before that day but still i waited for an hour ) - he blame his cousin calling him shermuta.

La Guest House était très agréable avec une piscine, une belle vue et des lits très confortables. Mais la meilleure partie reste de loin l’hospitalité des hôtes, qui nous ont même invité à un mariage dans le quartier.

Le jet d’eau des toilettes était légèrement cassé mais rien de grave. Aucun point négatif.

Struttura accogliente e pulita, colazione ottima, possibilità anche di pranzare e cenare a richiesta. Situata sulla sponda occidentale del Nilo e collegata con Luxor con un traghetto pubblico con un servizio H24 o volendo ci sono anche molte imbarcazioni private che si proporranno spendendo qualcosa in più. Piacevole la sera rientrare da questa parte del Nilo che sicuramente è più tranquilla rispetto alla confusione di Luxor. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sempre gentili e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta.

Très bon séjour. L'endroit est très bien. Personnel arrangeant et à l'écoute.
