Very clean, traditional, and spacious.

Authentic historic rooms with frescos. Spacious and a very good location close to bars, restaurants etc. Beds were comfortable. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to messages. Great, buzzy location.

No proper kitchen, just a collection of appliances which were quite old and most connected to a single power point which may have dangerous. A lovely apartment but overall felt a bit shabby and maybe best suited to larger groups on a budget (there were a lot more beds than shown in the pics). Lots of night noise from bars below which didn’t bother me but maybe not the place for light sleepers.

I am fascinated by old Italian buildings and interiors

Sitting on chairs is not safe, hot water takes a long time to come

Wifi connection was very poor and wobbly, one of the showers was not working properly, limited amenities (just one toilet paper per bathroom and no spare ones, no soap on the bathrooms etc)

We loved the location and the original ceilings. The rooms were spacious. The apartment felt like being in classic day Pisa.

One of the beds was very small for 2 adults. Also one of the showerheads had a loose seal.

What an amazing place - the photos do not do it justice. Stepping into a little slice of Italian history- beautiful, character, space. Perfect for our needs (family of 5). Beds were comfy, fans available and bathrooms/showers great. Well stocked kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Wi-Fi The river is just outside and a 5 minute walk in any direction to shops/restaurants. The Tower is 15 minutes away; and the station also 15 minutes. Hosts were in contact to help us with our late check in. And to make sure we had all we needed.
