The rooms are amazing with high ceiling and lovely detailed paintings. The location was fab.

The arrangements for leaving the key were slightly confusing but the cleaning lady was very helpful.

Nice, cosy, kids friendly apartment with great location, just steep away from Arno river. Amazing Italian history on the ceilings. Highly recommended for family and group of friends.

It's hard to open the front door. That's only a small issue because the door is very old ;)

very close to city centre, station and shopping. There is small supermarket near the flat and a caffe with really good and cheap coffe

The large rooms and beautiful ceilings give an authentically historic feel. The location is good for those without a car (Pisa is very walkable). We never met the hosts but they were super helpful via WhatsApp and helped us out with a couple of things that enhanced our stay.

The WiFi can be intermittent, even in the main room. The apartment is mostly quiet unless the café down the street has a raucous weekend night; sensitive sleepers could use the blue room on the rear side of the apartment which was peaceful. Other reviews mentioned the kitchen was inadequate but we found it fine for preparing simple breakfasts or snacks in our group of four (plenty of affordable eating options near the apartment too).

the location was good for us. central to eating out, rail station quite close, sightseeing good. there were 8 of us and only 5 towels but 3 extra were sent to us very quickly.

a broken plastic lamp with sharp edges which should have been replaced. wi-fi was intermittent. only 1 key allocated for entering the building and accessing the accommodation. the door handle to the living area fell off. a small maintenance check would probably be best. we separated into 3 groups and only having 1 key for the property was a hindrance. we never did find the laundry but that wasn't a problem unless we had been staying longer..

Location to restaurants and train station and tourist sites, easy walking and beautiful city. Older building with beautiful ceilings comfortable seating and dining area.

Kitchen lacked cooking utensils and very little toiletries and toilet paper. Front door lock difficult to unlock.

Gorgeous old building with beautifully painted ceilings. Such a lot of history! Nicely decorated, huge rooms to choose from, very romantic. Great location near to the station and the tower.

Rather warm inside but there were some decent fans available. Living room a little sparse but not a problem for us as we just stayed one night.
