A small room, furnished in what you might call an old-fashioned style. Still, it was quite cozy, clean, and tidy.

It might feel a bit far from the center for some, though the town itself is small — you can walk both to the lighthouse and downtown.

I stayed there one night. Very friendly host. Heute helped me al lot because i had to Organize a ferry in Poti. The room is clean and has everything you need.

The Location is not 10 Points. The Street is a little Bit noisy but thats not the fault of the host.

Great little place! Really well set up. Awesome for a short stay.

Certainly not an issue but worth knowing, the address of the property is about 100-200m away from the one provided on booking.com. If you map to Ruslan Motel (a little further down) that'll be roughly the right location. Call the number provided and the gentleman running the place will come meet you :)

Has aircon and a nice old tv which is fun.

The pillows are quite hard

When i arrive in that place i didnt any hotel and when i called them after 30 min a man came and told me i can take a room in a hotel at the same rate🤨.

Exceptionally clean, friendly host who even gave us a ride to a bus stop in the early morning

We didnt like the amount of dogs in the town at night but it is more about Poti, not this place

Overall, everything was fine. Everything in the room worked including the wifi. It's about a 20-minute walk from Poti Cathedral.

The area where the room is is a very active location, lots of cars driving by and live music

We be there in late at night and owner was waiting and following us he was out to find us and it was very greatful, home is clean and compy, they provide anything we need, there is many restaurants near with good quality.

In the late at night water in gone and in the 8:00 morning water is coming again they said it is happen in all Poti and it is general issue. But the owner provided us many water tanks and it was good and enough.
