There were amenities in the room, it was clean and the owner did his best and was friendly (unfortunately no english speaking)

There was a smell of old smoke. And I have to admit that I didn’t feel comfortable being on ground floor directly to the street.

had everything we needed for the two nights we stayed. close to the town center and also has many stores and restaurants nearby. very accommodating host! gave us a much appreciated lift to the mashutka station

Floor window view contain everything you need plus some additional tools to live well and with V.G. finishing +Sat TV + AC + Kettle + medium Refrigerator + Bath Plus 24 hr. free Tea /Sugar with some accessories … - Room beside PORT and in street contain many bars beside “ARAGVI” Restaurant _ I can’t evaluate the location but you can walk about 3-4 km S.E. to hotel from Main Sq. /Central /Green Market /Bus Terminal passing by famous Cathedral /Carrefour /Main Garden or using local Mini Bus #1-3 front the hotel +0.5 GEL ticket or private Mini Bus #5 +1.0 L.
