Interesting location within the ruins. Check in was a little mysterious. You’ll use WhatsApp to contact someone.

Everything was good. Just be prepared to do a lot of stairs with all your stuff! There are no lifts in ancient cities ;)

Location … though hard to find. A walking map supplied on booking would have been helpful. The aircon worked eventually. Good WiFi and bedside lights.

The beds were extremely narrow and the quality of the bedding was poor. Soft beds. The bathroom was very makeshift, like something on a train. The room was tiny. The stairs were a trial. We cancelled our second night.

This studio is beautiful with everything you need such as a kitchenette, Washer (no dryer) Dining table, sitting area with a sofa and recliner, comfortable bed, safe box, umbrellas, Flat screen tv. LOCATION: It’s inside Diocletian Palace it can’t get any better than that. You have windows all around which gives you front row view to this historic place. It was fun watching tourist groups from your window. It was perfect to be so close to everything. You could go explore inside the walls and if you needed to go to the bathroom just run back to the apartment 😜 It is close to supermarket, Bus station, Ferry, you don’t need a car but if you bring a car there is public parking next to bus station. Also contacting the host was always easy which gave me peace of mind, he/she was very accommodating and accessible.

You do have several stairs to climb but if you are able then is not a big deal.

Great location, right next to Diocletian's Palace. Nice city views. Room and bathroom are updated and clean. Electric kettle and refrigerator.

Getting there may be tricky, you have to walk around the palace through old town. 6 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor room, plus some on the terrace - don't recommend if you have large bags. Terrace is rather narrow with a tall wall, not really good for sitting. Construction, dumpsters around the building. Overpriced for a small room. Pillows were huge, couldn't use.

Very central, lovely view. Church bells from 6 on a Sunday every hr. Not the best communication w owner. No tips on breakfast places or luggage storage. Very basic.

Not the cleanest, could have served coffee and not vanilla coffee powder. Pillows old. Not really as on pics.

Apartment was in a great location very close to everything, walking distance to ferry, square, restaurants etc. Apartment was furnished beautifully with great views from all directions even over the water and into the palace. Internet was good along with streaming service. Shower was excellent and as new bathroom and kitchen with a big fridge. Overall appearance was excellent.

The owner's agent who was the contact point did not respond to our initial messages about check in and when we did arrive at the property, he did not even answer the phone after multiple attempts to call and message him. After about half an hour he called back and had little to zero customer service skills. Would suggest the owner finds a new representative as i have seen other reviews with the same issues. The building is currently in a construction or renovation zone and is quite unkept from the arrival area. 3 levels of stairs may be a problem if you have alot of luggage.

The property was in a great location and was clean and comfortable

On the second day of our stay there was no hot water. Being an off site owner may be convenient for the landlord but not for the guest who wishes to take a hot shower at 11:30 before going to bed.

It is a great and unique experience staying here in amongst the old town. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a friendly experience too.
