Palace Tower View

We loved the studio we stayed in. A great space in a fantastic location. Couldn't believe the views from all the windows. Being inside the palace was a real treat. The bed was big, the furniture a great mix of old and new and it had all the facilities you will need. The stairs are fine if you are of average fitness. Highly recommend.

What an amazing location. Step back in time and experience life from within the walls of the old city. Views outside your window of the tower as you watch the tourists posing for selfies down below. The room was comfortable and well equipped with every amenity you might need during your stay. Convenient location for exploring everything Split has to offer. Close to the ferry, bus and train station and many of the tourist attractions within walking distance. The host did his best to accommodate our request for an early check-in as we had arrived on a ferry early that morning.

A small misunderstanding about the key on arrival was resolved with assistance from some locals who were able to contact the host for us and once we understood that the small box with the key code actually contained the key. (We had thought the code unlocked the door and that the keys were in the room)

Responsiveness of team not great when we had an issue with the tv, we had to chase

The location inside the palace walls was excellent, and we had a nice view of the palace tower and the old city. Our room was small but comfortable. The property has 3 rooms available and we were in the smaller one. Self check in was easy and we were in a quiet corner of the old town. Be aware that you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access this property.

Three sets of stairs to get to apartment. it would have been nice to know this. Also to have had detailed instructions to get there beforehand as it is tricky to find.
