Astiti Guest House Salon and Spa

We stayed here for 3 nights. The bed was comfy. Aircon costs an extra 100k a night, the shower was cold and the wifi NEVER worked inside our room. Breakfast was pretty small compared other places i've stayed. They're trips and tours are also pretty expensive when compared to the surrounding area. Overall I wouldn't bother staying here without the aircon unless you fancy a very sweaty, uncomfortable sleep. If you're willing to pay for the aircon, then there are much better places in the area for the same price.

Very pretty place in the centre of Ubud. Lots of shops and restaurants about. The hosts were absolutely lovely and very friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower was good! Nothing fancy but a comfy nights sleep! X

The hotel itself is mediocre, but we liked it at first because the owner seemed so kind. However, she booked us tickets to Gili and overcharged us and gave us tickets that were part of a scam. I emailed her to ask about it and got no response. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay here, spent 3 nights. Location is good for most things in central Ubud. The rooms are large and airy and the lady who runs the hotel is friendly and helpful. We arrived very late, but she still checked us in with a smile. She arrangeded a transfer from the airport and also our onward transfer. Also sorted me tickets for a sunrise hike up Mount Batur. We loved our stay here, the price is very good value and a great location.

I stumbled upon this charming guesthouse during an impromptu trip to Ubud. The price was far less than expected so I was prepared to be "under whelmed" but my experience was absolutely delightful. The proprietors were extremely gracious and eager to offer suggestions on what to do and see as this was my first trip to Ubud. Tour information and scooter rental available on site and was even driven back to Sanur by the owner herself. Breakfast was included in my rate and was even delivered directly to my room where I could eat on the balcony. I will be a regular here. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 days in Astiti guesthouse, it's a unique, warm and clean place with an affordable price. We realize how smart and very nice Putu Astiti organize her activities for serving God and running her family business.

騒音が鳴り響き、たくさんのツールリストが行き来するウブド。ハヌマン通りの一角にふっと立ち寄って、３泊してしまったこのゲストハウス。入り口のプルメリアのお花に飾られたガネーシャ（像の神様）に引き込まれ中に入ってゆくと、そこはお寺の一角のようだった。軒下ではおばあちゃんがお供え物を編み、なんだか静かな時間が流れおりホッとする。このウブドの喧騒の中、小さな村にたどり着いたような気持ちになった。 ここでは、サロンやスパも切り盛りする明るく優しいPutuが、ゲストハウスを家族経営をしている。文字通りとてもアットホームな雰囲気のゲストハウスで、朝ごはんも盛りだくさん。Putuとはすっかり仲良くなってしまい、貴重な地元の情報もたくさん知ることができ、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました〜！ ウブドで村気分を味わい人には是非こちらに！ 日当たりと眺めのいい２階のバルコニーのある部屋が最高ですよ〜。 （英語訳） Ubud, where was full of noise and tourists. I dropped by this guesthouse out of Hanuman street, and ended up staying 3 nights. I think I was pulled by the Ganesha at the entrance, decorated by beautiful frangipani, and I entered inside. The place looked like a small temple. On the eaves, a grandmother knitting some offering, and the silence made me ease. I was relieved. In the bustle of Ubud, I felt like I arrived in a small village. Here, a beautifully cheerful and friendly Putu who runs salons and spas as well as this guest house as a a family business. Literally, it is a very homey guesthouse, and breakfast is also full variety with home cooking style. I became very good friend with with Putu and she gave me a lot of valuable local information. I was so please I stayed there! To the people who wants to taste this feel of village, go and stay there! I recommend the room with a balcony on the first floor, with full of sunshine and great view.

Stayed for two days and it was a good place to stay in. Very close to monkey forest and close enough to Ubud main street and attractions like Ubud palace and Art market. Owner also runs a spa and bike renting services also available.

The Astiti Guesthouse is well located within Ubud, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, the grocery store, etc. We booked a fan room for 4 days and found it very comfortable. Putu, our host, was so cheerful and very helpful. She even helped sort out a mix up with our scooter for us. She booked us an excursion to Mt. Batur and a fast boat to Gili no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for great, cheap accommodations in Ubud.

We got to Astiti at midnight but had emailed Astiti to say we would be turning up late at night, however when we arrived there was no sign of anyone so we couldn't check in and thus, had to pay for a night's stay in another hotel nearby. When we got to Astiti the next day they reduced the price of our stay by a night so that was fine. The guesthouse is really nice our room was lovely and had plenty of space to move about (people complaining about lack of room size must want huge rooms as we thought our room was a good size). The wifi is questionable at times, however the overall feel and look of Astiti is great. The breakfast is free and tastes good, the location of the guesthouse is good, only about 5-10 mins from the Monkey Forest and other restaurants, markets as well as a supermarket. The owner of the guesthouse is lovely and helps you with whatever you require, just bear in mind any taxis/tours will be more from the guesthouse as she will receive commission.
