Gute , freundliche Kommunikation, schon vorab, mit dem Vermieter. Gute Beschreibung der Örtlichkeit (Zufahrt, Lage, Zugang zum Meer ). Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (z.B. Kekse) am Zimmer. Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Minuten zur Marina von Pizzo. Parkplatz vor dem Haus !

Leider ist das Haus an der SS18, Bundesstraße nach Süden, und an der Bahnlinie. Uns hat das aber wenig gestört !

I presume that our grand apartment was once part of a large house that has been divided into smaller spaces. It has been so sensitively done and the result is one of elegance and luxurious comfort. The high frescoed ceiling is a show stopper and it certainly impressed us when we first walked in. The generous size of the room also added to the sense of grandeur. The furnishings are all very comfortable and the shower is hot and has good water pressure. The kitchen in our accommodation was lacking a few things so when our host Bruno asked if there was anything we needed I put forward some suggestions that would be helpful for us and anyone in the future who may like to cook at home. His response was immediate and he provided everything I had requested and also left us a little gift. That really impressed me and showed that our host really cares about his guests. Bruno was easy to communicate with before and during our stay and provided a lot of helpful information. It was great to be able to park in the grounds of the house and to be just a short walk away from the centre of Pizzo. A bonus for us were the heavily laden clementine trees which Bruno allowed us to pick and savour. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting somewhere special to spend their holiday in Pizzo

Exiting the property was a little challenging as you couldn’t see the traffic approaching from your right. I agree with another review that a mirror at the gate would be very helpful.

Magnifique chambre, très spacieuse avec sa cuisine aménagée et équipée. Beau jardin et terrasse disponible. Proximité avec la mer et la gare, pratique pour les voyageurs à pied. Propriétaire très arrangeant et disponible. Merci encore !
