L’emplacement idéal à 2 minutes à pied de la mer, à 10 minutes de la marina, toujours à pieds et à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique de Pizzo, charmante petite bourgade. Mes rapports avec Bruno était exceptionnels, toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait

The building is from the 800s so ancient but the interior remodelling is really beautifully done and modern. A simple bright, bedroom with high ceilings and very nicely finished. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Well insulated so you hardly hear the traffic adjacent to it. Good amount of free parking on site. Good AC. The owner doesn’t speak any English. There is a pedestrian underpass across the road and a 5 minute walk to a great little private sandy beach. Gorgeous protected spot.

When you pull out of the driveway the walls prevent you from seeing if the road is clear to proceed. It would be a good idea to have a mirror on the wall there.

Aller war wunderbar! Auch Pizzo ist ein schöner Ort.

Wunderschöne Lage (Strand, Restaurants und Ortskern fussläufig 5-15 min). Wir fühlten uns sehr umsorgt, der Service ist hervorzuheben. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und wirklich die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Gäste im Blick. Viele Kleinigkeiten (Getränke, Gebäck, Kaffee etc) sind vorhanden und wurden auch nachgefüllt. Klimaanlage ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Grazie!

Die Straße ist leider bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut.

Unschlagbarer Preis

Fenster/Balkon 7m neben Zufahrtsstraße nach Pizzo, Bahnstrecke 20m entfernt.

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté, v dobré části města, kousek od centra a asi 200 m od pláže ke které se jde podchodem. Pan majitel velice dobře komunikoval a doporučil místní restaurace. Při příjezdu jsme měli v lednici vody a džusy, na stolku sušenky. Jeden den nám dokonce nechal na pokoji místní výborné zákusky, další den sušenky. V rezidenci jsou k půjčení zadarmo slunečníky a židličky na pláž. Uřčitě nemám co vytknout a toto ubytování vřele doporučuji.
