OHH - Porto Boutique Guest House

The location of the hotel was very good, with two nearby metro stations in a 5-10 minute walk, both on the yellow line. The room had an air conditioner, in the summer it made the difference for us choosing it.

The first problem appeared already when we first arrived, the walls of the staircase in the building show signs of recently having something done to then and were hastily covered up. The room lock was out of place and the room was not properly cleaned, there was hair in the towels and someone had used the bathroom and did not flushed things down. When we tried to contact the property they did not answer and there is no one in the building available.

Casa antiga, ouve-se demasiado o barulho da rua.

Fonctionnalité, ambiance cosy, proximité transports en commun.

Manque de réactivité lors de demandes d'aide( pour remplir formulaires police).Trop d'intervenants qui ne répondent pas lorsque l'on formule un besoin...

La habitación estaba bien

A localização era conveniente. As camas eram confortáveis.

Casa antiga não modernizada. Ouve-se o ruído da rua, principalmente dos carros. Impessoal.

La casa es muy bonita y las habitaciones están bien, el barrio y la casa era tranquilos y cerca del metro, la cocina y zona común bastante cuidados.

El lavamanos estaba tapado y había que lavarse la cara y los dientes sosteniendo el tapón ya que se quedaba el agua estancada, era bastante desagradable mejor dicho asqueroso. Y solo pusieron dos toallas de las cuales una estaba muy manchada y un solo papel higiénico para 3 días, mandé un msj para pedir más y me ignoraron.

Nada.

Ubicacion lejos del centro, la claraboya de la habitacion sucia y encima entraba luz constantemente, la no privacidad del baño, humedad en la ducha y las paredes, sintiendolo mucho no vale la pena por el precio.

Accoglienza e disponibilità dei gestori

Non adatto a famiglie: assenza ascensore, assenza tavolo idoneo, prese elettriche che si smontavano, doccia si allagava e l'acqua calda usciva dopo almeno 5 minuti, pochi appendiabiti, pochi asciugamani forniti, rubinetto lavandino si muoveva e anche lo scarico del bagno era difettoso.
