The room is big with a goid airco.

On closer inspection you see the dirtyness and the lack of maintence. Caulking is black and loose. Ceiling has a lot of cobwebs. Walls are dirty. Sliding door to bathroom is broken and cannot be closed.

The room itself and the bathroom was very nice. The shared kitchen + living room were big and clean. It was ncie to have a small fridge in the room as well as some coffee. In addition to that there was a big TV in the room and of course a big, comfy bed!

I didn't like the lack of communication of the property owners. I texted one of them the day before I arrived, since I had some problems filling out the documents for the tourist registration. In addition to that, the owners didnt give me the check-in information, so at the time of check-in, I was waiting in front of closed doors and had to call the other owner. In the end, i could enter, but communication could have been much better. I am still waiting to get an answer to my request to obtain an invoice that i need for my company (I sent the message some weeks before the check-in dates!)

Un ottima sistemazione non troppo lontana dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro (fermata a 700m)

Non sarebbe male avere un supporto dove appoggiare shampo/shower gel all'interno del box doccia

Good value for money.

The door lock was partly broken.
