"Fabulous small friendly hotel in a great location."

Brilliant location overlooking the lake and close to the City Palace. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable and we loved having a balcony to watch the sunset from.

"Det var suveränt!"

Allt! Utsikten från rummet och från takterrassen var vidunderlig, rummet var fint, bekvämt och rent med en stor privat balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Munna och Roshi var fantastiska värdar som gjorde allt för att man skulle känna sig som hemma. Detta är ett av de allra trevligaste ställen jag bott på i Indien.

Peacock hotel is een fantastische keuze als je prachtig uitzicht wilt hebben over het meer van Udaipur voor een hele goede prijs. De kamers zijn prima en fijn om te zijn. Ook heb je een ruim balkon dat uitkijkt over het meer. De locatie kan niet beter, in de oude stad ben je overal dichtbij, veel op loopafstand. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk!

"Traumhafte Aussicht für fitte Urlauber"

Die Eigentümer Familie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer, der sogar um 1 Uhr nachts für uns die Lieferung des Schneiders entgegen genommen hat und uns für die Abreise ein pünktliches Tuk-Tuk organisiert hat. Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk mit einer traumhaften Aussicht (allerdings waren 68 Stufen zu erklimmen). Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Palast entfernt.

Die oberen Zimmer mit toller Aussicht sind nur für fitte Menschen geeignet, da viele enge Stiegen zu bewältigen sind. Taxis können nicht in diesen Teil der Altstadt fahren. Man muss also in ein Tuk-Tuk wechseln. Wirklich schrecklich war der penetrante Kanalgeruch aus dem Badezimmer, der uns phasenweise wach gehalten hat.
