Deodar Homestay

It is a heritage Manor and is kept very well. The owners are very warm and welcoming. Prakash ji who is managing the kitchen prepared the most delicious home style food which made the stay most comfortable. He has a small team who keep running through the day to look after guests at the property. Prakash ji takes care of the meals and honestly we haven’t had better home cooked food !

The property was clean, peaceful, spacious and located at an easy to find place. We hardly ever left the homestay in our 3 nights and 4 days visit so we had 9 meals there. Every single meal was homecooked, fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff is so professional, soft spoken and on their toes to service us. Prakash ji needs a special mention for his cooking, support to guests and running everything smoothly. I will always book this place whenever in Uttaranchal.

Its perfect so I can’t think of any flaws.

Oh Boy! This place is a GEM... Excellent location, rooms and top class service by Prakash Ji and his team, beating any 5-star place... A beautiful place, located at easily approachable and serene location. Prakash is not only a great host but excellent cook. His food was lip smacking. Must visit and highly recommended place. PS: Choice of many celebrities as well

The Hospitality is so good. The caretaker and star Chef Prakash Ji is super amazing. He is such an amazing guy. The food is so good and the service is top notch.

Washrooms and bedsheets can be managed better in terms of cleanliness. Rest everything is good.
