Sabaydee House at Pai

the room is of a good size with 2 beds spaced out, a table and chairs and there is area outside to sit, the location is really great here its directly on the walking street so it is great place to stay location wise.

the reception is non existent? or maybe we missed it? took us a while to find someone to check us in and that is the only time we saw any sort of staff at all during our stay when checking out we were instructed to just leave the key on the side outside the door. the staff do however provide drinking water everyday outside of your room we just maybe didnt catch them to see them at all :) the main issue with this place is the bathroom unfortunately its very small with mold growing, the sink simply just drains onto the bathroom floor and the bathroom area was full of ants on the floor:( maybe this place just needs some renovation and then would be a perfect place to stay, its location is amazing and the stay is okay for 1-2 nights :)

Location was great. Bed was pretty stiff. Facilities were good. I would stay there again.

Your beds could be a bit softer.

Amazing location, right on walking street but still quiet when we wanted to sleep. Wonderful hosts, every day new toilet paper and water. Loved the balcony sitting area. Kettle available as well. Wifi was strong. Bathroom clean, and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

-Location is really convenient, in the downtown, 5 min walk from walking street. -bed and mattress were comfortable - room was big enough

-There was a water leak in the bathroom which made the floor be always wet, not so nice. -The water heating system didn't work well, it was not possible to graduate it properly, making the water going out super hot or super cold. -There was also a bad smell in the toilet coming out from trap, a bit disgusting.

Clean room. Really nice staff. Amazing location.
